Welcome to Scott’s Landing Resort located next to Lake Buchanan here in the Hill Country just a hop, skip and jump away from the larger cities surrounding which include Llano, Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Burnet, Austin and San Antonio, .  Now, if you are all about the lake life, take a short drive and visit Lake Marble Falls which is about a 25 min drive from here.

Notes for Rv Tenants & Guests:

For all new tenants, please fill out the Required Agreement Form at the front desk along with payment for first months rent/deposits. Please follow speed limit, noise restriction, minimal visitors and cleanliness of resort. If you have a pet please bring all up to date vaccinations, max of 2 allowed. No aggressive/constant barking pets will be allowed. Pets must be approved by Management/Owners. Clean up after your pets. Please follow all rules and restrictions on the property. All water and sewer hoses must be tightly attached without leakage. Keep all hoses and personal items under rv, all areas must remain clean and tidy. If all rules and restricts are not followed we reserve the right to have you to leave the property.

PAYMENT NOTES:

Please submit RV Monthly or Overnight payment to the address listed below or you’re also welcome to drop off payment and place in our drop box at the front desk. Reservations made by phone will require a deposit of 60% of the total reservation amount which is refundable up to 7 days from check in date for cancellations. Within’ the 7 day prior to arrival, for cancellations there will be a 50% refund of the deposit amount. Less than 7 days notice for cancellations there is no refund. Required tax and credit card fee’s will apply at time of reservation.

• For payment by credit card link, please send request by text or call and a payment link will be sent directly to your email or by text.  Receipts will automatically be issued after payment is received.  A 3% transaction fee will be added to the invoice sent.

• All checks must be made payable to Scott’s Landing Resort.  If your payment is made by check, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.  Any NSF or Bad check return will result in a $45.00 fee per attempt to cash.  With written certified mail notice of a non-cashable payment there will be a 10 day grace period to settle accounts.  Keeping in mind that all additional late fees, court fees, etc. will be added to balance along with return fees.
