Pavilion Rental

The pavilion rental is by reservation only, dependent upon availability.

The Scott’s Landing Resort Pavilion has large room AC accomodated seating area inside and also a large outdoor seating area and dance floor. Upper deck covered dance floor or seating area. Entertainment Stage. Indoor Commercial Grade Kitchen with large freezer and cooling case, propane flat grill/stove top with large sinks and stainless steel countertops for food prep. Kitchen includes most household items such as large pots, pans, cooking sheets, mixing bowls, serving utensils and cutting boards. Seating for up to 75 persons available. Large food setup and display countertop area. 2 Guest Restrooms. Flat Screen TV’s with Direct TV viewing. Large Designated Parking. We do suggest renters supply table covering, paper goods and decoration at your own use; these items are not supplied.

STANDARD PRICING: $300.00 minimum for 30 people. Over 30 people $8.00 per person added up to 75 guests, special pricing will be applied on larger groups and or full time guests. Minimal $250.00 Cleaning Fee will be added. $150.00 Cash Deposit upon arrival. See policy and rules for details. All agreements are made with signed rental form and a debit or credit card on file for incidentals.

It is standard policy that the renter must remove all trash, decoration and food items from the pavilion including the refrigerator/freezer upon departure. Dumpsters are put in place for renters use. Policy cleanup, rules and restrictions apply to every renter. Safety, Noise and Pet Rules in policy must be respected and followed. We do not allow any glass beverage containers. Renter will be responsible for their own hired security officers if needed.
